Ah, the warmth of summer is in the air… Now is the time – summer weather is creeping in (well, since this is Ohio summer weather will be here with all its 95 degrees and 80% humidity practically tomorrow-77 degrees).

You should be able to keep moving FAST throughout this WOD. The weight should be light enough to go no more than 2 sets for the first round and the 2nd round should be unbroken (but really really hard).
