Today the Substitution for Muscle Ups will be 2 times Pull Ups and 2 times Push Ups. So the first round would be a 400m Run, 30 Pull Ups and 30 Push Ups.
We’ll be taking some time to practice Muscle Ups today so watch this video, one of the best I’ve seen.
