Given the events in Boston yesterday I’m going to hold off on my cheeky Yogo-related post till tomorrow. Between last year’s Canton and Akron Marathons (and more) we easily have 50+ people who participated in a running road race at MTM.
In support of the victims and heroes of yesterday’s tragedy I encourage everyone to wear a race shirt for their WOD today.

Chief Petty Officer Nate Hardy was killed Sunday February 4th during combat operations in Iraq. Nate is survived by his wife, Mindi, and his infant son Parker.
