Today we’ll be tackling a benchmark. As we’ve talked about a lot recently (and Stephanie covered on Saturday) we want the bottom of our HSPU to be a headstand “tripod” position. Watch the video below of Chris Spealler and Matt Chan demoing how to do this. At the top: push the head through.
