Welcome to a brand new week!

Things to look forward to include a rest and recovery post (hopefully tomorrow), New additional training for competition along with Saturday’s complete details written up, and a Bowling WOD on Saturday. Not to tempt fate but the weather looks not incredibly terrible all week either!

Set Up Work:
10 Single Pull Ups
10 Single KB Deadlift

3×15 GHD Sit Ups

The set up work is about practicing minimizing setting up for each rep. The rep it self isn’t the objective, instead the speed at which you get set on the bar/bell is the objective. Time each round and record the score. Do the GHDs between round.
