Announcing the MTM CrossFit – PR Series: Protect Your Shoulders clinic this coming Saturday the 14th at 12pm. This is the first event in a series of workshops we’ll be hosting designed to make you more informed so you can move faster and PR more often.

WOD
Teams of 2
4 Rounds
200m Run with 45/25 plate
20 Burpees
20 Weighted Squats
20 Ground to Overhead

In today’s WOD teams of 2 will run 200m with one partner carrying a plate. When both partners are back inside the team will complete the rest of the movements with 1 partner working at a time. Burpees will be done “games standard” onto the plate with the athlete reaching full extension on top of the plate.
