Yes, yes, yes…this week has been pretty destroyingly brutal. Everyone has done extremely well giving it all they have and pushing right up to the time caps! On top of that we’ve seen dozens and dozens of lifting PRs. Keep it up, keep pushing, be consistent, watch your diet and you’ll get where you want to go!
