Fantastic effort put forth by all who came in yesterday! We had a PR through the gym and lots of drive and determination on the WOD!

NO Saturday Classes this weekend due to the Swim WOD. Come out to Dogwood and enjoy some friendly competition / Rich Froning Jr. Style Swimming (by your’s truly).

1RM – 3 Position Snatch (Floor, Hang, High Hang)
**Spend lots of time warming up and PRACTICING good Technique. Improper Technique (from missing your hip on the pull to not squat snatching) is grounds for a NO-REP in this series**
