Yesterday’s WOD was a little bit more challenging for most than it read on paper. Great work pushing through such a deceptively hard WOD and in sometimes challenging conditions.

The weight for this WOD should be very manageable. You should be able to do the first set of 21 almost or completely unbroken. The 2min of rest is measured by each athelte as soon as they finish the first couplet – Score is overall time it takes to complete the WOD including the rest.
