As most of you have heard by now our very own JT gave birth to a healthy baby boy earlier this week. Baby Anthony came in at a strong 9lbs 7oz! JT continued to crush WODs well into her pregnancy, modifying as needed, offering inspiration to all – and a light slap in the face to the “CrossFit is too hard” crowd. Today we do the Hero WOD “JT” in anticipation of Jen’s return – which I expect will be just over 5 weeks from now.
And just as JT had been doing for what seemed like forever (but I’m guessing was about 9 months) we’ll be hitting up this WOD with a partner!
