5 Muscle Ups (or Muscle Up Progressions)
6 Turkish Get Ups (3L/3R)
10 Pommel Horse Circles (10 R/ 10 L)
Demonstrations and Progressions for each will be performed. Long Pants will make the Bucket Spins significantly easier!
