“Running Partner DT +”
Teams of 2
1 Round of DT
– 12 Deadlifts (155/105)
– 9 Hang Power Cleans
– 6 Push Jerks
Partner 1 does 1 Round of DT then BOTH run 200m and do 5 Burpees. Then Partner 2 does the DT Round while P1 rests. The Run and Burpees are together. Each round of DT+Run+Burpees = 1 Round, so when partner 1 gets back to the bar for the 2nd time the team will be at 2 rounds.
Weights: I can not stress enough – You should be able to do 2 or 3 rounds of DT in this WOD UNBROKEN. If the thought of 9 Hang Power Cleans at 155 is something you couldn’t EASILY do for at least 2 rounds then you need to scale down. Each team will have 1 Bar and 1 Weight.
