MTM vs. APC
The rumors you have all heard flying around facebook are true. We will be throwing down against our friends at Advanced Performance CrossFit in Wadsworth. This Wednesday and next both gyms will complete the same WOD with the same standards. The top 3 men’s and women’s scores will be added together over the 2 WODs. At the conclusion only 1 gym will remain – with the other gym fading away into obscurity… Or until they re-challenge the victor or another gym.

Yes, this is a short and fast WOD. We’ll be using time pre/post WOD to work on skills.
