Tomorrow we’ll be having the first round of a multi-part competition with Adavanced Performance CrossFit. Just show up to a normal WOD time to get your competition on.

Tabata – :20/:10 – Work/Rest
10m Shuttle Sprint

1RM Back Squat
WOD

Alternating Tabata
Deadlift (155/105)
WallBall Sit Up

Today’s workout will be 2 full rounds of Tabata, which is :20 of work and :10 of rest for 8 Rounds. First Everyone will complete 8 Rounds of 10m Shuttle Sprints :20/:10 on/off. Then we’ll get set up and squat a 1RM. Finally we’ll get set up to do an alternating Tabata of deadlifts and wallball situps – 20s of deadlifts, 10s of rest, 20s of sit ups, 10s of rest, etc for a total of 8 Rounds
