Yesterday’s wod was a little brutal so today we’re going to try something completely different. The strength lift is a Sumo Deadlift, which many have likely not done before, and the WOD is a mixture of who benchmarks.
2RM Sumo Stance Deadlift
30 Reps (135/95)
Alternate between Clean & Jerk and Snatch
I tried naming this in several ways but nothing really looks good on a computer without me spending the time to actually make a graphic, and I don’t have that kind of time. (ie. GiRsAaCbEel or iGsRaAbCeEl or G/i/R/s/A/a/C/b/E/e/l etc.)
