Hope everyone had a rest full weekend. Today we’re back hitting it hard with strength and a shortened version of the 2011 Reebok CrossFit Games Regional WOD 4 – The 100s.


Back Squat – 1RM

2 Rounds:
30 Pull ups
30 Kettlebell Swings (1.5p/1p)
30 Double Unders
30 Overhead squats (95/65)

“Dude, what’s that “p” stand for after the Kettlebell Swing?”
– p is for pood which is a system of measurement from Russia. 1 pood = 16KG = about 35lbs (and 1.5p = about 55lbs).
