It’s a Mainsite Friday! Along with a heavy Push Press we’ll be working on muscle up progressions today.

1 RM Push Press

25 -> 5 GHD Sit Ups
1 -> 5 Muscle Ups

Recovered Cash Out: 30 Unbroken Kettlebell Swings

Dmac, wait… What the hell is that last thing? If you’re at all interested in competiting in the CrossFit Games now is the time to get ready for it – we’ll be doing that by adding Cash Outs. A Cash Out is additional work that you do after the WOD and is not part of the WOD time/score. Sometimes you recover first, sometimes you don’t, sometimes it’s timed, sometimes it isn’t. It’s completely optional but there’s no harm in giving it a try.

Congrats to all the athletes who set first time scores and beat PR’s on Fight Gone Bad yesterday! The day got off to a blazing start with Jerry matching his 311 rep PR and Scott hitting 319 on his very first FGB. From there the PR’s only seemed to get bigger – Seth PR’d by 50+ at 344, Nissa went 40+ from a week ago to score 205, Myles broke the 300 barrier with a 302, Stephanie put up a 50+ PR with 305, and to win the day on the Women’s side Mary Ellen PR’d by 71 reps with an impressive 340. Great Job to everyone!
