FREE Class Saturday at 11AM see what it’s all about before the new year!
Once the WODDING is over come cheer on the MTM Athletes at this year’s Utility Throwdown from 9A to about 3P at CrossFit Utility.
Next week is our re-testing week. We’ll see how our Front Squat has improved along with our Oly Lifting and repeatable efforts.
Reminder: The week of Christmas (Dec 23rd-27th) We will only have Open Gym times from 9A-Noon and will be closed Christmas and all other class times. The 2013 MTM Holiday Party is Saturday the 28th and Details will be posted later this week (Yes, by around tomorrow…)

Work MUST be split evenly but can be split anyway – So if I do 4 Yoke Walks then rest my Partner MUST make 4 yoke walks or none of mine and his count. So all scores will be even. at each station (Yes, some room for error will be given on the row cause it’s a little tough to get identical calories, but please try).
