“8 is a lot of reps” Yes it is but everyone did a great job on the high rep back squats!

We’re in the process of finalizing our Holiday Schedule but you can count on MTM being closed completely on Christmas and New Years Eve with limited schedules on Christmas Eve, the 26th, and Jan 1st. A complete detailed list will follow later this week.

With a running clock:

200 Double Unders

5 Muscle Ups (15 PU/ 15 Dips)
10 OHS (135/95)
