Another testing day down, another huge set of PRs! Yes, yesterday’s WOD sucked. It was bad the first time and bad the 2nd time and if for some reason you get tricked into accidentally doing it again it will probably be bad that time as well – plus you’ll have the added humiliation of being tricked into doing it again. BUT, having done it and PR’d (some people by 3 or 4 minutes) makes it all worthwhile.
Also, KSB hit her first muscle up in the PM class – That’s 10 Athletes in the last 8 weeks. I’m sure it’s just a coincidence and some form of luck that’s making this happen. Definitely not a specific goal backed by thoughtful programming and pointed coaching.
