What an amazing day we had at MTM CrossFit yesterday! PRs all over the place: Improved times, more weight, less assistance. We had a few hard working members who went more RX’d and improved their times!

By now you might have guessed that in honor of Valentine’s Day we’re going to be spending some time with some wonderful Girls WODs of CrossFit…Up today:
