Happy Valentine’s Day
Free Class Saturday at 11AM – everyone is welcome – no experience needed!
Monday and Tuesday were very tough WODs so I was extremely happy to see big groups continue into the gym each class yesterday! PRs were hit all over the place and several athletes went rx’d – not an insignificant feat with 135lb/95lb snatches. Great Work!
Have you signed up for The Open yet? If not, why not? Sign up today!
If you are interested in taking the online judges course prior to the open MTM will refund your $10 fee when you pass.
Valentine’s Day is a day for LOVE. If you’re a CrossFitter that obviously means Bacon and for the first part of this week it meant Girl WODs.
Well, there’s only one thing we CrossFitters LOVE more than those spirited girls and that’s the brave Men and Women who serve in our Armed Forces. Today we’ll be doing a Hero WOD with teams of 2.
