I get asked from time to time why we don’t have a “PR/Accomplishment” board – Yesterday’s performance as a whole is the exact reason. The vast majority of the gym hit PRs in either their Squat or WOD or Both. Because we work a specific plan and our training is planned with specific goals in mind we see time and time again old and young, experienced and beginner, hit massive gains in whatever we’re testing. Yesterday we saw squat PRs from 5lbs to 40lbs in everyone from new members to 2yr+ CrossFitters – and we see this time and time again. Consistency and hard work are the only things you have to do, our programming results speak for themselves.

Why don’t we have a PR board? It would take up all the wall space in our gym! Keep it up today!
