Beginner’s Classes start TONIGHT at 6:30PM

On a completely non-CrossFit side note: what a courageous and unexpected show of sportsmanship Seattle made at the end of the Super Bowl by deciding to allow New England to win. I mean, they had a dozen plays they could’ve called to get a touch down but instead they decided to lose. If it wasn’t snowy and cold we’d be doing a brand new Seattle Seahawks WOD – which would just be a 5K Run.

Front Squat – 80%
Do 1 Front Squat Every 10s without racking the weight until failure. One max effort set.
