The Open
The Open starts in just under 14 days…well the WOD is announced in 14 days. At MTM we’ll be doing the WOD on Saturdays at High Noon. We’ll continue that for the entire Open. ANYONE is welcome to come and participate for FREE – that’s how we do community.

60 Air Squats
50 Push Ups
40 Sit Ups
30 Pull Ups

Open Gym – 7A, 6:30P
Push Press – 2×5(90) 1×3(95) 2×2(100) – of 3RM

6x500m Row – 2min Rest Between.
