Today’s WOD is going to be pretty high skill. Newer members will do the lift first and then take 3min of rest. Experienced CrossFitters will do the WOD in the order it is written.

10 min AMRAP
8 Pull Ups (Chest to Bar)
6 Push Ups (Hand Release)
4 Pistols (anyway)
– Then immediately after –
7 min to find
1 RM Snatch
