Normal Hours for Kids Classes

As most of you know Donny’s mother (Steph’s mother-in-law) finally lost her battle with cancer last week. Calling hours will be Feb 9th at 10AM with a memorial service to follow at 11AM at Uniontown Chapel of Faith. Because of the timing we will NOT have a 10AM Saturday Class, we will still have an 11AM Free Class.

250′ Yoke Walk (AHAP)
50 Shoulder to Overhead (95/65)
25 Wall Balls

– Rest as needed and REPEAT.

Today’s WOD will be a little different. You’ll complete 2 rounds for time but each will be scored separately. In between you get a full rest (not more than 5 min).

15 Double Unders

25 Burpees
