Fight Gone Bad is one of those old school WODs that proves that simple CrossFit is the BEST CrossFit. Created in 2004 it was before complex WOD structures and rest periods and instead mimics the time of play for a sport (UFC fights in this case). It would be hard for anyone to argue that it’s out-dated or easy as a workout!

Comp Work – Looking at the calendar we’ve got this week of training, next week, then we’re re-testing (which is going to be HUGE for gains) then it’s Open time! So get it in now, yes there will be a lot of volume and WODs right now, that’s the point. By the time testing roles around you’re going to feel pretty beat up – keep with it! Volume will decrease, you’ll recover, and we’ll blast the open.
