Free Class Saturday at 11AM Come see what CrossFit is all about!
This weekend we’ll be making some improvements to the gym – rearranging, organizing, and cleaning. If you’d like to help out for a little bit we’d greatly appreciate it! The project starts Saturday at Noon.

**One Partner Rows while the other does rounds of the work.

**Score will be Time in Seconds Minus Total Reps – The faster you row and the more rounds you complete the better your score**
