Today is going to be a little bit different. We’re going to do some movement and rep scheme testing. Each item below will be scored seperately so that you know how long or how many reps you can get if that movement comes up in a future WOD. These can be completed in any order and you should be recovered before moving on.

100 Double Unders
50 GHD Sit Ups (or Wall Ball Sit Ups)
50 Hand Release Push Ups
50 Box Jumps (24/20)
50 Box Jumps (30/24)
