Free Class Saturday at 11AM – Everyone is welcome, no experience needed – come make 2013 your fittest year ever!
We’ve had some pretty brutal WODs this week. Jerry had the nerve to turn 50, Yoke walks are always tough, we rowed, we thrustered, we seemed to do everything!
And the results are showing! We’ve had impressive performances with 1st Muscle Ups, 30lb+ Clean PRs, and athletes metaphorically stepping up and saying “wait buddy, I’m the best athlete in the gym today.” all while smiling and cheering each other on.
