Getting Started

Free Intro to CrossFit

Contact us for your FREE Introductory workout or come to one of our FREE Classes held every Saturday at 11AM. We’ll get you warmed up and put you through a fully supervised CrossFit workout so you can get a taste of what we do, safely.

Beginner’s Classes

Everyone takes Beginner’s Classes for their first week. Starting on the first and third Monday of each month, Morning or Evening, Monday thru Friday. We’ll go over the Fundamental Movements, do a Beginner’s CrossFit workout, and discuss other important aspects of CrossFit.

Your first month includes 5 Beginner’s Classes and 3 weeks of Unlimited CrossFit Group Classes (WODs). Each Beginner’s Class has specific content and as such it’s important that you attend each one. If a class is missed it needs to be made up when it is offered again in the next cycle, but don’t worry we’ll backfill information as needed to keep you training.

Group Classes

Finish out your first month at MTM CrossFit with unlimited CrossFit WODs (Workout of the Day) at any of their scheduled times. As we’ll discuss in the Beginner’s Classes ALL CrossFit workouts are scaled to your capabilities to ensure they are the safest and most effective way for you to progress to your goals. Revisit a Beginner’s Class anytime to brush up on a set of movements you want to work on or stop by the Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics, or Endurance Training classes held throughout the week.

Programs and goals

As you progress in CrossFit you’ll meet with coaches to talk about personal goals and make sure you’re on track to reach them. Take advantage of our additional programs to work on your weaknesses, or on technical movements you want more help with.

MTM CrossFit is not a gym we are a training facility. We don’t compete on cost, we compete on quality;

Sure you can find CrossFit at slightly cheaper prices but we encourage you to come visit our community in person so you can see and feel the difference.  Come to our FREE Class on Saturdays at 11AM or sign up on the right to come check us out.

Our packages come with the support and training of our coaches along with our wonderful community that will motivate and help you to reach your goals. Our training packages provide all this at a fraction of the cost of a private session at a typical commercial gym.

Our most popular Training package is around just $5.50 per class.

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that started with military officers, police officers and firefighters where true fitness was essential for survival. It quickly transcended into the primary workout program for martial artists and elite athletes worldwide. The undeniable results achieved via CrossFit have created widespread growth beyond this population to the “average” consumer.

The program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. It’s specialty is not specializing. Military, police, sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.
