Fantastic Job on the Nutrition Benchmark WOD by all MTM Athletes yesterday! We had dozens of athletes go rx’d putting 135/95lbs overhead in a WOD for the first time or doing unassisted Pull Ups in a WOD for the first time!
I was consistently impressed by everyone’s scaling choices throughout the day – as most people pushed themselves to do more weight and less assistance than ever before.
