In a total of 16 Min
1K Row
-then-
AMRAP
10 Deadlifts (225/155)
15 Ring Dips

In this WOD the clock starts at the beginning of the row. The athlete then has 16 min to finish the 1K row and then do as many rounds of the Deadlift/Ring Dip Couplet as possible. A faster row gives more time to do the AMRAP but will burn out the legs and lungs more.
