FREE Class Saturday at 11AM – Open to everyone, come try CrossFit and make 2013 your fittest year ever!
We’ve had 2 pretty tough WODs this marked by some awesome highlights. Lots of athletes picking up rx’d weights and pulling themselves up to the rig without a band, Awesome work! Today we’ll be backing off a bit to help recover while we work on form and technique.

– Everyone will hit a Tabata Row. If you can do the HSPU and MU then do them, if not we’ll do that number of progressions or scaled. Today is about working technique – not about ripping through it.
Open Gym – 4:30p, 7:30p
