New for Sunday’s we’ll be posting the Paleo Recipe of the Week.

Dude, Chili
Paleo Turkey Chili
Ingredients:
• 2 lbs extra-lean ground turkey breast
• 1 can chicken broth
• 2 cans chili-style tomato sauce (or diced)
• 4 tbsp chili powder
• Diced red onion
• Chopped celery
• Chopped carrots
• 1 small jar jalapenos (optional)

Instructions:
Lightly coat bottom of pot with organic olive oil spray. Season ground turkey with salt and pepper or Nature’s Seasonings. Brown turkey over medium-high heat. Working with a wooden spoon, break the meat into small pieces until the meat is thoroughly cooked. Pour chicken broth and tomato sauce into meat. Add chili powder and vegetables. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to low. Let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Garnish with raw milk cheese and avocado.

NOTE: This recipe is great to cut in half if you are just making it for one or two people. It also freezes nicely, just put portion size servings into individual freezer bags.
