Yesterday was not a recovery WOD. It was short but hard, really hard. That’s what The Open WODs are like. Registration is in 7 days.
Today’s WOD is a “recovery” WOD and you’ll probably think it’s crap. Yes, it is, I agree. But, there is a lot of value in doing today’s workout. Some physical but mostly MENTAL. You can’t fail a burpee so the limiting factor is how much ‘suck’ you can mentally put up with.
