Sunday Paleo Recipe!

Paleo Cereal

  • 12 Baby Carrots
  • 1/2 Cup Broccoli
  • 1/2 Cup Cauliflower
  • 3 Tbsp Pecans
  • 2 Apples peeled and cored
  • Cinnamon
  • Coconut

    In a food processor combine the Pecans and Carrots then at the rest – mixing to a consistency like Couscous.

    Sprinkle with plenty of Cinnamon and Coconut and top with Almond or Coconut Milk.

    – I haven’t had the opportunity to try this yet but I’m told it is “AMAZING”
