Awesome Job by EVERYONE who came in yesterday and gave it their all in a tough squat session and WOD! We had one of the busiest days we’ve had in over a year. Focus on consistency, especially with the cold and breezy weather, this week. Next week we’re going to reboot the nutrition challenge that was extremely successful last fall.

I completely forgot to mention yesterday: Congrats to Jared and Megan who got married over the weekend!
