Our Friends at CrossFit Utility are hosting a Throwdown in Feb, basically an individual version of what we did as a team with them. Details:
Utility Throwdown Feb. 16th @ 10:00am
3 wods, one day, 4 divisions: Competitors and Athletes/Males and Females.
Free to all, participants will also be judges for other divisions.

3 Position Power Snatch + 1 OHS – 7 OTM
(1 Power Snatch, 1 Hang Power Snatch, 1 High Hang Power Snatch, then without moving the feet 1 Overhead Squat. Light Weight for Form and Technique)

Make Up Monday or Tuesday
4x400m Run with 90s Rest
