What an amazing day we had at MTM yesterday! Tough WOD with dozens and dozens of athletes braving the weather to get some fitness along with a dedicated new group of beginner’s running in the rain for their first official WOD. #badass.
A couple events to start thinking about:
July 4 – YMCA race at 8AM (Wear your MTM gear!) 9AM WOD at the Walsh Track. 11AM Fun and Frivolity at MTM CrossFit.
July 13 – 9AM Women’s only Muscle Up Clinic. Your chance to learn the progressions and skills needed to hit your first muscle up – ladies only.
July 26/27/28 – The 2013 CrossFit Games viewing party and gym freshening. Details aren’t set just yet but we’ll be getting together to watch the live feed and have a few beers again during The Games. During the day on Sat/Sun we’ll also be hitting a few activities around the gym to help spruce up the place – have an idea of a physical improvement you’d like to see at the gym LET ME KNOW!
