Thanks and a job well done to everyone who came out and participated in Murph yesterday! Challenging conditions and a crowded gym made for an extremely difficult WOD but everyone pushed through to some impressive times. Athletes from the first heat stuck around and ran the final miles with athletes in the second heat – going above and beyond to support their fellow CrossFitters, it was pretty awesome.
