Today is going to be HOT. Consider coming to the morning or evening class and HYDRATE. Bottled water is FREE all day if you need it.

We’ll be doing some slightly different style lifting today before the actual WOD. The purpose is to practice form and technique by using a medium weight and portioning out rest in between rounds.
