Yesterday’s WOD was very hard, made worse by the heat and humidity, but not nearly impossible. Dozens upon dozens of MTM athletes shook off the long weekend and said hello to the week by crushing it. I’ve come to expect nothing less from this great community of ours!
What’s keeping you from getting at it?
On July 26 and 27 we’ll be having a little get together at the gym. Friday night will be a little bit of a party to celebrate our 2 year anniversary and watch the start of The Games. Saturday will be a full blown cook out to watch The Games and enjoy the day. Details to follow.
