New Expanded Open Gym!
Over the last several weeks we’ve been making changes to the smaller side of the gym in an effort to give you a more complete experience at MTM. Starting today we’re restructuring how to do Open gym to give everyone equal access.
What is Open Gym? Any use of the space outside of the regular class time you’ve signed up for. Come in and do additional work, make up a workout you missed, spend time before or after class mobilizing, work on skills outside of what’s directed in the normal WOD. Basically any additional or substitute work done outside of the daily WOD is Open Gym.
How do I get access? You’ll need to have the Open Gym access added to your Front Desk Account. It’s $20 a month and gets you access to every week day and weekend Open Gym for less than $1 a day.
Open Gym will be every M-F
In addition to the expanded times for Open Gym those who add Open Gym to their accounts will also have access to basic lifting templates to give their Open Gym work some direction if desired.
