This Saturday will be the first “High Intensity Intervals” Class at MTM Fitness in Jackson coached by Rachel Fox. The Class goes down at 9AM and costs just $8. Come out and get a great workout in the new space!
MTM CrossFit Saturday Classes will remain unchanged.

3 AMRAP – Rest 1 Min – for 5 Rounds (Pick up where you rested)
**In this WOD you’ll start and work the 3-6-9 reps for 3 min. Then rest 1 Min. Repeat that for 5 rounds.**
