The year is half over and summer has officially begun – what are you going to do with the second half of the year? What PRs are you going to smash? What goals are you going to work on? Don’t wait another day. Write them down and get to work on them.
On Saturday we experimented with our first “Fitness Race” NPFL style. Think of a team WOD where you can sub in a person at any stage. Work between teammates doesn’t have to be equal. The general consensus was that it was really really fun!
