Introducing Summer Kids Fitness!

Kids Summer Fitness: (grades 3-6) Game-based functional movements to get your kids moving, burning energy and build skills. Individual and team based activities to maximize fitness and fun. Choose 1 or 2day/week camp. Tuesday and/or Thursday’s, July 8- August 7 (10-11am). Registration is required. Space is limited. $55 for once a week, $85 for twice a week. Olympic Lifting – We’re adding Olympic Lifting Programming for those that want a structured program to improve their lifts. This program should be done on the Platforms during open gym times. YOU SHOULD NOT ADD THIS ENTIRE PROGRAM TO YOUR WOD SCHEDULE. There, you’ve been warned. The complete program will NOT work in with our WOD schedule. If you do both you will over train and get injured. Instead, if you want to work some Oly but still WOD I suggest you pick Tuesday/Thursday to do Oly and WOD the other three days. Read that sentence again, it doesn’t say double up on T/Th with both Oly and a WOD.
