If you’re looking for some good resources for Movement and Commentary in the world of Functional Fitness (ie. CrossFit and everything that makes up CrossFit) you should be checking out these guys from Barbell Shrugged. They have a bunch of “Technique WOD” videos going over different movement how-tos and faults. Some times they’re a little too in depth but generally its all good info.
20 Muscle Ups (As Few Sets as Possible)
The goal here is too learn how far, without going too far, you can push muscle ups. We’ll scale with bands as needed for everyone.
