The website was down for a period of time yesterday and I can only imagine how many of you were asking “What’s the WOD?” Sorry for the suspense.

The Canton Marathon is Sunday from 6AM to whenever it ends. We have 4 teams and some individuals running. It is going to be HOT: so HYDRATE now, don’t wait till the end of the week to grab a bottle of water!
